Century 21 Olde Tyme,

I’m writing this letter to thank you for all your help in the sale of our property. We have dealt with real estate agents in the past, either to purchase or sell property, and none can compare with the level of service and loyalty we received from you.

The property in question is located in California and we reside in Arizona. Also, it was a rental property and the tenants were refusing to vacate. We knew there were going to be court dates, subpoenas, etc. and it would have been a real hardship for my wife or myself to travel 600 miles each way every time a document had to be produced or signed. This is an evil we expected and were ready to endure.

You were not only sympathetic to our unique situation but took it upon yourself to go above and beyond the duties of a real estate agent and truly worked hard as OUR representative in every sense of the word. Your efforts not only saved us travel time and money but also expedited the sale and eviction process.

Again, thank you for all your help and be assured of my returning business
